The tariff classification a man's raincoat and stuff sack, aman's pair of pants and stuff sack, and a man's jacket andstuff sack from China and Malaysia.Dear Mr. Maloney:In your letter dated August 30, 1990, on behalf of your clients Odyssey U.S.A., Inc., and Odyssey International Ltd., you requested a tariff classification ruling.Three samples were submitted as follows: Style number CPR- OILEM is a man's unlined raincoat constructed of a woven 100% cotton fabric. The raincoat has a full front opening secured by five buttons. There is an overlapping flap covering the buttons and a self-fabric buttoned tab at the bottom of the front opening. The jacket has a self-fabric detachable belt, two front buttoned pockets located below the waist and self-fabric buttoned tabs on each sleeve cuff. On the back of the garment there is a free hanging yoke. Imported with the raincoat is a rectangular shaped stuff sack measuring approximately 10-1/2 inches long by 12 inches wide with a 2-1/2 inch
